Vampires have never really had a large foothold on the realms of Pandemonium, and even the lands they have owned have always been avoided by the common populace due to rumours of kidnappings and brutal attacks by the blood-drinking locals. While these stories aren't true, everyone knew that vampires still needed blood to survive, and some of the nations that do have large vampire populations had formed pacts that allowed criminals to be handed over as living blood banks for them.

This was one of the many issues queen Celeste Roseanne VII had to hear of when discussing politics with the leaders of the seven vampiric noble
